By placing an order through this site, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and that you are purchasing solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research, to be handled only by a qualified individual in a controlled research setting. Products sold here are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or consumer goods, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease in humans or animals, and have not been evaluated for human or animal use by the FDA or any other regulatory body. Placing an order means you accept this research-use-only restriction and take full responsibility for how the product is subsequently used, stored, and handled.
Submitting a cart is an order request, not a completed sale — we confirm availability and payment before anything ships, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse or incomplete information.
Payment is accepted only through the peer-to-peer methods shown at checkout. These payment platforms don't provide purchaser-side dispute or chargeback protection for goods, and we're not responsible for payments sent without an order number or to the wrong handle. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use of any product sold here — use is entirely at your own risk.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what's needed to fulfill an order: the name, phone, email, and shipping address you enter at checkout. That information is used to process your order and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Your cart contents and first-order discount status are stored in your browser's local storage, not in a database or cookie — that data never leaves your device unless you submit an order.
To have your order information deleted from our records, contact us and we'll remove it, subject to anything we're legally required to keep.
Refund & Return Policy
Because these are lyophilized research compounds, we can't accept returns once an order has shipped and can't refund anything that's been opened or reconstituted. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Refunds are returned via the same payment method used at checkout. Since orders are paid peer-to-peer rather than through a card network, a refund depends on us initiating it directly — there's no automatic bank-side chargeback on either end.
